Most on site activities have a maximum of 18 participants.

Most activities do not require a minimum number to go ahead. We do however require a minimum of 13 participants to be charged the standard per person rate. If you have under 13 participants in a group we charge a flat rate which is the price of 13 participants.

We take this on a case by case basis. If it is severe weather including lightening, hail, or heavy winds we must bring the group inside to run indoor activities as an alternative. If however the rain is light and the group would still like to be outdoors we can often proceed with the activity.

Will I get a refund if it rains?

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds due to weather because we will offer alternative activities to fill the time.
