Description:

This walk takes Students on a part of the Great North Walk, following the Berowa creek and then onto the banks of the Hawksbury river. Students camp at Croslands reserve one night and the peaceful Jerusalem Bay the next.

The hike his a moderately difficult track, testing students map and compass, navigation and camp craft skills. The numerous hills will offer a physical Challenge, but not beyond the level of a silver expedition.

There is a compulsory briefing session for all of our journeys to help students to prepare for their journeys. These sessions begin at 7 pm and are held at The Collaroy Centre, Homestead Ave, Collaroy
