Description: This wild place close to Sydney is a walker's park. See the beauty and diversity of the bush in this rocky reserve. In spring, Gymea lilies give a scarlet glow to the gullies. There are plenty of chances to Swim in hidden pools along the gorges. A great way to check out the worlds first National Park. This is the perfect walk if you are looking for a cheaper way of completing a gold walk with good public transport to Sydney.

IMPORTANT! Bookings close 1 week prior to the briefing Description:Yarramalong to Wondabyne Stn takes in a significant section of the Great North Walk, a trail running from Newcastle to Sydney. The first two days of the journey is through the lush farming valleys located west of the central coast before traversing the sandstone rim that surround the Hawkesbury River at its mouth. The hike finishes at Wondabyne Stn a quirky stn on the northern banks of the Hawkesbury not accessible by road. This hike is a perfect way to hone your skills before taking on the challenge of your final Gold qualifying hike.
